Swedish or deeper pressure massage combined with warm towels with essential oils release tight, tense muscles. Penetrating frequencies from the gong, crystal bowls and various healing instruments bring about the transition of cellular realignment through the medium of sound. The combined power of these healing arts help the body, mind and spirit let go of stagnant energy while restoring an overall sense of serenity and well-being.

The main task of the lymphatic system is to keep the immune system operating well while cleaning and nourishing all the cells in the body, no matter what their function. A poorly functioning lymphatic system can affect every part of the body.
